Everything here has changed. The rooms have remodeled and new flooring, new furniture, nicer staff and the front desk and manager has been wonderful even when I over sleep! Thank you for being kind and considerate and to the property owner, You just keep your head up and keep making them boss moves and I'll continue to be impressed keep up the good work y'all!
I've stayed here quite often. It's actually. Not as bad as people have made it seem in the reviews and they will fix things if they are not up to par.I think that some of the reviews are quite dramatic so don't believe everything that you read. I find that half the people in the world are entitled and selfish to begin with so some of the comments are quite chemical. No, the pool isn't\nOpen enough people complain about it.They might actually open it.

The ads on Expedia are very misleading as is the listing but the Manager, Sunny and the other housekeeping staff make up for it with pleasurable customer service. Yes, it’s not the four seasons. Yes, they could’ve had a few more amenities such as breakfast, and a working pool but they said it was broken so I get it. But well, only reason I gave four stars was because the ads were misleading. Other than that great service
Flight was delayed so we decided to stay at the cheapest thing we could find just to shower and rest and we found Super 8. The manager Suunni checked us in and he was very pleasant thank you Suunni. We decided to stay Saturday also and we got to meet Miss Shanta who made sure we got all the things we needed even helped us with downloading Lyft. My mother in law will be coming to Virginia next month and I will be sending her to you guys. Sometimes it's not where you are or how it looks but it's the people that help make it a little better. Hospitality will always win me over.
This hotel was not as bad as I thought!! No bed bugs no bugs at all towels could've been a little white but they were washed!! Front desk lady helped as much as possible I mean very very considerate! The young Indian man that checked me and my husband in seemed he could careless about anything we asked about! Very hostile and reeked of marijuana. It's none of our business but because everything and everyone else was pleasant we will definitely be back
I feel like the people who bought this and took it over are awesome. Any problems with the rooms and or hotel are being dealt with accordingly. Maintenance man is nice . The energy is so relaxing on the property. The people are quiet and kind. It's a nice place run by nice people.
Staff very friendly, very helpful had a flat tire and the maintenance helped change it for me. Locality is great and rooms have been updated, property managers/owners are more pleasant then before a few years ago.
